Operations Digital and AI Delivery Analyst

In this role, you will own and drive the implementation, transformation, and uplift of our business and operational processes by gathering data to analyze root causes, understanding processes, and generating insights. You will understand and raise process and delivery risks to help proactively manage and mitigate for better outcomes, document processes and business requirements to help define ideal future state, form delivery plans, and drive outcomes that transform Operations. You will also recommend improvements, evaluate opportunities, and implement solutions (autonomously and with guidance) while influencing the organization as a trusted partner, ensuring relevant parties understand current processes and are motivated to move towards proposed future state. What you offer • 3-7 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business analysis, and/or data analysis. Experience implementing AI models and solutions is highly preferred • Experience or exposure to Physical Commodities businesses, trade capture or trade support systems, AI-based tools (Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Large Language Models, etc), and data orchestration or workflow tools • Interpersonal skills to establish strong working relationships and manage stakeholders • Creative problem-solving abilities with an inquisitive mind and strong sense of ownership to deliver outcomes, with capability to critically evaluate different technology tools and AI-based options to propose optimal solutions for various scenarios • The ability to navigate complex scenarios and synthesize, interpret, and clearly convey information.
