Operations Excellence Coordinator - Warehouse

DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented Operations Excellence Coordinator - Warehouse to join our team specializing in Warehouse Operations for our Distribution Segment in Singapore PDC. This role will be Onsite.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Work with multiple functional stakeholders on different projects - 6S or A3 following lean methodologies.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to get required information and data to solve problems .
• Communicate effectively project objectives, deliverables and timelines to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with different teams to deliver Operations Excellence.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations.
• Work on developing automated tools such as PowerBI & Dashboards to reduce manual work and improve information flow.
• Promote interdependence by following health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards, and engage in HSE training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and support teams, completing necessary training and contributing to process improvements.

• Proven ability to collaborate and build partnerships with others to meet shared objectives.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear, multi-mode communications.
• Ability to make timely decisions and ensure accountability for meeting commitments.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Some relevant work experience or intermediate-level knowledge gained through education, training, or on-the-job experience in warehouse operations.
• Support operational excellence by collaborating on 6S, A3, and JDI projects.
• Follow lean methodologies and support Quantum implementation.
• Assist with IT-related matters, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• No cross-border support will be provided.
