What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is seeking a motivated and process-oriented Operations Manager to join our Interactive Multimedia Mixed Reality (IM2R) Solutions team. Our team has a passion for creating innovative learning solutions for our Navy clients and is comprised of a talented group of Instructional Designers, Interactive Multimedia Developers, Unity Developers, 3D Animators, Graphic Specialists, Technical Editors, and Subject Matter Experts.

As a member of the team's Program Management Office (PMO), the Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR) for the full contract lifecycle of one or more large, complex curriculum development programs.

More About the Role:

• Apply principles of project management developing large, complex schedules. Organize and direct work, coordinating efforts related to design and development, by creating and maintaining the program IMS.
• Work with technical team leads to determine their critical tasks, identify contractual milestones, associate interdependencies across the program, and integrate and track subcontractor partner's schedules as appropriate.
• Utilize Microsoft Project to develop achievable, resource loaded master schedule critical paths to achieve project, program, and contractual milestones. Perform program schedule analysis to include Metrics, Critical Path, and schedule variances.
• Conduct and facilitate weekly IMS reviews with program team.
• Perform project management functions including analyzing requirements, performing Schedule Risk Analyses, establishing and maintaining project schedule policies, and projecting out-year requirements.
• Prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules; implement and maintain schedule change control.
• Prepare cost control, performance measurement reports, cost and schedule variance analysis reports, forecasts and studies.
• Develop and maintain schedule artifacts and other program documentation. Propose processes that will aid and improve integrated scheduling capabilities.
• Publish the IMS to team's SharePoint site for use by government clients.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical related discipline (e.g., finance, engineering, mathematics, or computer science); additional relevant work experience may be substituted for degree.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience leading or supporting IMS creation and scheduling, ideally in a DoD contracting environment.
• Experience developing and analyzing an IMS with >6,000 lines on fast paced, complex programs using Microsoft Project.
• Familiarity with determining the Critical Path and performing Schedule status updates and Schedule Risk Assessments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle efficiently and effectively multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
• Active Secret security clearance.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:

• Experience supporting large-scale Navy curriculum development contracts.
• Experience in Project Risk Management.
• PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP).
