Job Description

The ATIDA Operations Planner is responsible for managing and maintaining the operations plan on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis (Master plan and S&OP), defining with the Operations Manager and the Customer Care Manager the optimal number of resources to be used in the operational logistics functions to minimise costs and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, the Operations Planner is also involved in optimisation analysis and in the planning of processes for the arrival, storage and withdrawal of goods in the warehouse.

Your role will involve: 

• Analysing the forecast/budget of customer orders with the Marketing function, and updating the weekly, monthly and annual operations plan of the logistics operations areas, including the Customer Care area;

• Monitor that the scheduling plan (S&Op) is implemented without deviations, is in line with the cost budget (CPO - Cost Per Order) and target customer satisfaction levels;

• Monitor the performance of the entire logistics area, paying particular attention to the impact on planning and vice versa;

• Analysing the purchasing forecast/budget with the sales function, defining and updating the operational plan for the arrival and storage of goods in the warehouse;

• Analysing the main KPIs of the stock area, helping to define processes and optimisations aimed at improving production performance.

Qualifications

Preferable Degree’s/Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management engineering or equivalent; 

1-3 years experiences 

Excel expert

Background in process optimization, familiarity with the Lean Manufacturing concept will be valued.
