Job Description

This position is at the Amcor Specialty Cartons plant located in Peachtree City, GA

The O Plus Manager is responsible for the overall l implementation of O+ at the Site.  Responsibilities include:
• Plan and oversee the site expansion of RTT to the lines and department in the site
• Lead training events and coaching of the RTT system
• Support the plant leadership and coach involvement in RTT deployment
• Liaise with plant and regional support functions to
ensure their support during the deployments
• Share best practices and learning with other Sites
• Work with the site leadership to identify site capabilities owners and support owners in planning development of capabilities
• Coach Site Leaders through the O+ implementation, including: Pillars activation; Strategic Development & Deployment Process and other IWS systems
• Be a Pillar Owner
Responsible for directing efforts to improve processes and implement Plus Operations tools

What are the key accountabilities and tasks for this role?
Direct the Operations plus implementation
Lead necessary training of the Operations Plus RTT system
Link between the plant and at the regional level as support functions during implementations
Share the practical improvements and learning with the other plants
Work together with leadership to identify capacities and plan the development of different capacities
Support and training for leaders during and through the implementation of RTT Operations Plus system
Achieve the objectives defined in the implementation of Operations Plus
Any and all other tasks and projects as requested by management

The Operations Plus Manager will have to work with the management teams to achieve the objectives set.
Standardize best practices.

Formal Qualifications and Experience

Education: University degree. Mastery is desirable, but not indispensable.
Training: 4-5 years of experience in industries, developing lean methodologies.
Note: The experience in the process can replace the professional career.

Experience: Development of 5s + s concepts in plant.

Skill: Work under pressure, multitasking, work with diverse teams.
