Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of program management experience.
  • Experience with environmental regulations.
  • Experience with safety management and regulations.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Certifications from Board of Certified Safety Professionals, National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH).
  • Experience communicating with AHJ's (Federal, State, and Local Authorities) for notifications and permit conformance.
  • Experience in Data Centers or electrical safety.
  • Experience communicating with Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJ's) (Federal, State, and Local Authorities) for notifications and permit conformance.
  • Ability to advise, coach, influence, and collaborate with employees to achieve Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) outcomes.

As a Program Manager, you will manage intricate, multidisciplinary projects from start to finish. Collaborate with stakeholders, plan requirements, manage schedules, identify risks, and facilitate communication. Your projects will require adaptability and cross-functional collaboration.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Execute in partnership on Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) programs and projects to improve business operations and technical aspects while acting as a subject matter expert (SME).
  • Ensure compliance with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) regulations, maintain permits, and monitor program Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance.
  • Execute and manage in partnership the site's EHS compliance calendar task/requirements.
  • Evaluate incident data and track corrective/preventive actions to closure.
  • Organize and execute meetings, reports, and site plans , identify and assess operational EHS risks.
