What’s the role:
We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong capabilities in project management and process strategy to join our Operations Management team. This role will be instrumental in driving the design, optimization, and cross-functional implementation of key operational mechanisms and workflows across the organization. You will work closely with core departments such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Implementation, and Product to build and refine standardized process systems that support scalable business growth.
What you bring to the table:
• Lead the structured development and optimization of core business workflows, including but not limited to: customer lifecycle management, sales and service processes, and interdepartmental collaboration mechanisms.
• Manage and execute strategic initiatives from process architecture design to cross-functional rollout, ensuring timely delivery across all phases.
• Collaborate with functional teams to define clear roles and responsibilities, process handoffs, and key control metrics (e.g., inputs/outputs/KPIs).
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing workflows to enhance efficiency, controllability, and customer experience.
• Integrate user feedback and data insights to promote iterative improvement and upgrade of internal mechanisms.
• Support the creation and enhancement of the company’s process knowledge base to enable repeatable organizational growth.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline; preferred majors include Business Administration, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Development, Operations Management, or Project Management.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic operations, process design, or large-scale project management.
• Familiarity with process design methodologies and demonstrated ability to independently lead complex or greenfield initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment skills; capable of building consensus across teams.
• Excellent logical thinking, structured communication, and deep business insight (applicable to sales, customer success, finance, etc.).
• Proven documentation skills and proficiency in project/process management tools, including but not limited to: Notion, Confluence, Google Docs, Asana, Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Smartsheet, Excel Gantt, Lucidchart, Miro.
• Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and results orientation.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a SaaS platform or process-driven organization.
• Hands-on experience building internal policies or standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Bilingual communication skills (English and Mandarin) are a plus.

***We are currently working hybrid with a schedule of 3 days on-site per week.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
