TSD) is seeking a qualified expert-level ORSA to support our customer, U.S. Air Force Air Combat Command (ACC). The ORSA provides installation support to more than 50 associate units and ensures security for ISR, EN, treaty verification facilities and systems located worldwide, including the National Airborne Operations Center. The incumbent designs, develops, and applies a variety of decision analytics, mathematical and statistical techniques to address operational and planning challenges to facilitate senior leadership decisions. He/she provides unique and timely analysis on a range of pressing, operationally focused issues using multi-source data in the context of interdisciplinary techniques and methods. This position is located at Offut AFB, NE.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Ability to define problems, supervise studies and lead surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend solutions.
• Analytic leadership and expertise in identifying, planning, developing, and executing analytic production methodologies, tradecraft and techniques aligned with labor category mission.
• Extensive ability to provide strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to Defense planners and policymaker (e.g., Undersecretary level or higher).

Minimum Qualifications

• 15 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 13 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 10 years relevant experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 19 years relevant experience.
• Minimum 15 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
• Clearance: Must possess and maintain a TS/SCI clearance

Preferred Requirements

• Master's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. A bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related expert experience, for a total of 20 years, is a substitute to the master's degree.
