THE ROLE

We are looking for an Operations Support Trainee to be part of our Operations Excellence team - you will be responsible for engaging in friendly contacts with our internal operational teams all over Europe, North America and Oceania, responding to all inquiries and assisting them with the daily activities and needs.

As Operations Support Trainee you will be working closely with other Operational departments (Fleet, Logistics, Customer Excellence) in our HQ in the center of Lisbon, to be able to better assist our internal teams on the field. 

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Address and support our field Operations team (working locally in 60+ locations) via phone, email & slack;
• Direct contact with Customer Excellence team to monitor and support their Road Assistance service to customers on-trip on a daily basis;
• Provide support within the Operations department to assure a smooth and accurate workflow;
• Control daily activities and productivity reports within all of our US and European branches - develop and manage a data driven overview of our operations;
• Be familiar with the continuously evolving Indie Campers products and operational policies to ensure constant follow-up and quality feedback in assisting our teams’ questions and daily needs;
• Monitor and report of operational issues and follow-up to ensure proper resolution;
• Identify operational constraints and help designing and implementing new operational procedures;

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Enrolled or recently finished a Bachelor/Master's Degree;
• English proficiency (mandatory) with other European Languages being highly valued (German, Italian, French, Dutch, etc);
• Available to work weekends and national holidays, with hybrid work regime (80% office, 20% remote)
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills;
• Effective communicator in stressful situations;
• Problem solver.
