Environmental Conditions
Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance, Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Pay Rate: $16.50

2nd Shift: Mon-Fri 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production processes.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to deliver outstanding products.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to determine and successfully implement production goals.
• Monitor production lines and troubleshoot any issues to ensure continuous workflow.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime.
• Accurately record production data and maintain detailed logs.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Ability to operate complex machinery with precision and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of safety and quality control standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working in a diverse team.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience; additional technical training or certification is preferred.
• Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, lifting, and moving heavy materials.
