Thermo Scientific Microbiology Sdn Bhd under Microbiology Division in Thermo Fisher Scientific is looking for a suitable candidate for a Production Operator role.

Responsibilities:

• Complete and co-ordinate all production activities to meet manufacturing goals through efficient use of resources (i.e. workforce, materials, machines and methodologies) in a safe and healthy working environment.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

To assist in the production process, including:

• weighing and preparation of raw materials and equipment for sterilization

• Set up equipment used in the laboratory and maintain it in a clean and safe condition

• Media pouring (machine and manual)

• Media labelling, packing and storage

Education:

• Secondary school (SPM) or equivalent is minimally required.

Experience

• Some production experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

• Ability to work in a fast paced environment under pressure and do multi-task.

• Good interpersonal personality and Hard-working

• Have basic computer skills such as Microsoft Word & Excel

• Demonstrate punctuality and sense of responsibility through adherence to attendance guidelines.
