What You Will Do:

We are looking for an Operator II, Manufacturing, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing tasks flawlessly and contributing to the creation of globally significant products.

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment CNC Press Brake and CNC Laser/Turret's to ensure optimal performance.
• Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Strictly adhering to safety and quality standards to maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborating with team members to determine the best solutions for production challenges.
• Keeping accurate records of production activities and results.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of process improvements.

What You Need:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment 3-6 months experience preferred
• Outstanding attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to use hand tools and measuring devices such as tape measure, calipers.
• Ability to read drawings
