Job Description
About the role:
The dressing cook key operator is an online, hands on person, their primary focus is running the dressing prep area efficiently.
The dressing cook key operator should attain dept goals by planning, guiding of staff, ensuring plant is maintained and set up correctly, whilst having a quality focus and being motivated toward specific targets.
Responsibilities:

• Ensure maintenance of equipment is up to date and addressed when needed
• Ensure effective shift changeovers and line changeovers occur.
• Ensure adherence to and accuracy of S.O.P's
• Participate and assist in new product development
• Train staff to the area to standard operating procedures
• Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times
• Ensure product safety at all times.
• Drive change in a positive manner.
• Identifying opportunity and solutions by proposing improvement.

• High level of competence in plant processes and systems within the area
• Flexibility and Multi-skilling within the team they operate
• Good Problem-Solving skills
• Product/Process/Plant Knowledge
• Organisational skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Numerical Skills
