This multi-specialty Ophthalmology practice is looking for a dedicated physician to join their partnership track and lead one of their offices. Tremendous clinical and surgical support that allows you to practice at the top of your license. Compensation is above 90th percentile with great work/life balance.

Compensation Details:
•  Guaranteed $330,000 base salary plus lucrative production bonus paid quarterly in years 1 and 2.
•  Transparent 2-year partnership track with total earnings above 90th percentile and top earners making $1 million+.
•  6+ weeks of PTO, 1 week CME with $5,000 stipend, $50K sign-on, and more.
