Are you a Board-Certified Radiologist with a passion for mammography and a desire to serve our nation's veterans? The South Texas VA is excited to announce an opening for a full-time, permanent Radiologist Mammographer in San Antonio, Texas!

Opportunity Highlights:
- Position Title:Â Physician, Radiologist Mammographer
- Location:Â South Texas VA, San Antonio, TX
- Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Compensation:Â Competitive salary range of $350,000 to $375,000 with approved relocation and recruitment incentives
- Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP):Â Yes, up to $40,000 per year for up to 5 years, tax-free

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretations for multimodality diagnostic services with an emphasis on mammographic skills, including screening and diagnostic mammography, ultrasound, tomography, as well as ultrasound and stereotactic guided biopsies.
- Participate in educational activities and reviews such as tumor boards and peer reviews.
- Collaborate with a team of 6 Mammography Technicians, 1 RN Mammography Navigator, and 1 Mammogram Diagnostic Radiology Tech Supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Radiology
- Proficient in multimodality and multi-organ system diagnostics
- Current proficiency in mammography, including diagnostic mammograms, tomography, ultrasound, and biopsies
- Prior experience with MQSA and ACR Mammography Certification
