Optometrist at Kaiser Permanente Northwest

As an Optometric Physician joining our highly collaborative team, you will be practicing as a floating physician servicing several clinics here in Portland, Oregon, Southwest Washington, and the surrounding area with a primary home base. This position is ideally suited for an Optometrist with a completed Residency, or a minimum experience of three years.

• You must have a Doctor of Optometry degree from an accredited School of Optometry.
• One-year OD Residency preferred, or a minimum three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management.
• You must have an unrestricted Oregon and Washington State Medical license and unrestricted federal-issued DEA

• Salary: $118,700 - $144,800
