Oracle Cloud Core HCM Senior Consultant (1422)

Highstreet is seeking an Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) Senior Consultant to join our growing team. We are only considering those who are interested in a Full Time Perm position with Highstreet. The position will provide functional leadership focused on Design, Configuration and Testing of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions. The position involves at least two modules expertise out of Core HR, ORC, Journeys, Compensation Talent and Learn modules and willingness to learn more.

Key Responsibilities: 

As a Oracle Cloud HCM Senior Consultant works on specific components of a project, often focusing on modules or areas within Oracle HCM. Takes on significant responsibilities within the project(s) lifecycle: planning to realization.

This includes:

•Understand the client’s HCM requirements, how they fit within the broader build and translate them into solutions.

•Contribute to the requirements gathering and design of the Oracle Cloud HCM modules assigned.

•Lead the configuration, documentation and testing of the Oracle Cloud HCM modules assigned.

•Conduct comprehensive testing of Oracle Cloud HCM functionalities to ensure they meet business needs and standards.

•Ability to identify and lead clients to best practices and optimal processes in and around Oracle Cloud HCM, which includes technical design and prototyping custom functionality.

•Coordinate with other consultants, developers, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the modules into the broader build.

•Identify opportunities to leverage other team members to efficiently manage efforts.

•Lead training sessions for the modules you’ve led to promote knowledge transfer to the client.

Experience:

•At least 5+ Years of experience configuring and implementing Oracle HCM.

•Minimum 2-3 successful full life cycle implementations. 

•Ability to implement at least two of the following modules: Core HR, ORC, Journeys, Compensation Talent and Learn.

•Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure timelines and build quality are met.

•Experience managing projects, estimating hours, identifying deviations from project scope and escalating issues.

•Experience leading and training junior staff preferred. 

•Strong business communication (verbal and written) and customer management skills.

•Experience with Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint

•Ability to travel up to 25%, on average, depending on projects served.

•Previous consulting or Big 4 experience preferred.

•Redwood experience is an asset.

Software / Modules / Versions:

• Oracle Cloud release 20+ 

Certified in or more of the following:

•Oracle Cloud Global Human Resource Implementation Specialist

•Oracle Cloud Recruiting Implementation Specialist

•Oracle Cloud Compensation Implementation Specialist

•Oracle Cloud Talent Management Implementation Specialist

•Oracle Cloud Learning Implementation Specialist
