Oracle Database Developer

NTT DATA Europe & Latam, Branch in USA, Inc. seeks Oracle Database Developers in Arlington, VA.

•    Develop new content and maintain existing content to Oracle database used in BI data warehouse.
•    Design high performance, high availability database systems, in collaboration with the DBA team.
•    Develop UNIX shell scripts and/or Windows batch files to facilitate in extraction movement and loading of transactional data.
•    Code the extract transform and load (ETL) routines using PL/SQL and SQL server integration services.
•    Extract data from SAP BW and SAP ECC into UNICEF’s enterprise data warehouse.
•    Participate in database design sessions, in collaboration with the lead application DBA and project manager.

Requires a Master’s degree in Management Information System or related field plus 2 years of experience. Requires 2 years of experience in Oracle Database development experience and Oracle PL/SQL programming language. Requires any amount of experience in the following: troubleshooting software applications in test and production environments; data and project analysis; Oracle, SQL Server, Mysql, Azure database environments, and ETL tools; and working with database administrators, project users, data extraction teams, and QA teams. 100% telecommuting is permitted. Domestic travel required 10% of time to client sites.
