Oracle EBS Techno-Functional

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EBS Techno-functional Consultant with Oracle EBS Project Accounting and PL/SQL experience. The position will primarily be responsible for Daily Operations / Production Support in Oracle EBS Application. The selected candidate be able to help resolving Support tickets in Oracle EBS Project Accounting, SCM/Financial Applications adhering to the defined SLA. Troubleshoot and assist the sub-ledger PA month-end close. Run the programs to do process analysis both technically and functionally in Oracle EBS. Interact with customers, process consultants and business users / SME's to understand and analyze various processes. Fix the issues temporarily / permanently and should be able to fix/resolving the Root Cause of an issue. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the RCA's as part of Continuous Improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate may be located any where in the US and must be willing to travel for major milestones.
  
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  
• 10+ years of Information Technology experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS application development and support
  
• Experience with Oracle Project Accounting (primarily) module Techno-functionally
  
• Experience with Oracle Finance / Oracle SCM is expected for cross-module functionalities
  
• Technically able to review complex procedures / packages to resolve daily production issues / month end issues
  
• Knowledgeable on Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Workflow is a plus
  
• Experience with Development/Support on Oracle Discoverer is a plus
  
• Experience with handling Integrations with Mulesoft, Enterprise Integrations
  
• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
  

The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.
