What You’ll Do
The role will involve deployment of modern FP&A nalytics/Reporting offerings requiring both functional and technical expertise to develop FP&A solutions and best address our customers’ needs across all sectors of TruQua and IBM within North America.

In this role the Oracle EPM Cloud Management Consultant will work directly with customers for hands-on delivery as well as strategic insights on how to run programs/projects efficiently from blueprint to go-live. This position requires the ability to work and communicate as part of a high-performance consulting team in a fast-paced environment.

The Oracle EPM Cloud Management Consultant will be responsible for leading small project teams as well as serve as an individual contributor ensuring the quality of team delivery thought leadership keeping the team members utilized growing our practice and deepening our relationships with key partners. This candidate will be highly knowledgeable with required Oracle and FP&A product capabilities business processes solution mechanics and configuration requirements as well as integration with other technologies. This individual will also counsel client executives and leaders on the benefits delivered by Oracle as a strategic asset to their broader Finance Transformation journey.
This role is responsible for being on a team as the lead role to formally coach/mentor less experienced consultants and act as part of the extended management team in defining and deploying TruQua and IBM policies and procedures.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proven solid experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning.
• Must be EPM Cloud Certified.
• Experienced with other Oracle EPM products such as Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) ARCs and Reporting.
• Demonstrable track record of managing delivery of at least over two Hyperion Planning and Budgeting full project lifecycles (i.e. Define Design Develop Deploy).
• Knowledge and experience of Oracle’s Data Integration tools for Hyperion solutions.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to support RFP’s SOW’s and client presentations.
• Knowledge of SAP complementary tools namely BlackLine Magnitude OpenText Workiva Celonis OneStream Anaplan Twenty-Five Profinda Replicon Fieldglass a plus.
• Knowledge of upcoming changes in Oracle Cloud EPM and Finance as well as an eagerness to learn prototype and grow expertise in the latest relevant financial technologies.
