Job type: Long term contract
Work mode: Hybrid(3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

Job summary: We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of RICEFW objects, interfaces, reports, and integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud. The role involves gathering business requirements, developing solutions, and ensuring successful system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for Oracle HCM solutions.
• Design and implement RICEW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
• Develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and HCM Data Loader (HDL).
• Build reports with OTBI and BI Publisher.
• Provide end-user training and support for Oracle HCM Cloud technical components.
• Customize and personalize application pages using sandbox environments.
• Support data migration and system optimization.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • 10+ years as a systems analyst or developer, with 3+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • 2+ years of experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and reporting tools (OTBI, BIP).
  • Involvement in at least two full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.
• Skills: Strong technical expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, XML, and integration tools.
• Certification: Oracle HCM Cloud Certification preferred but not required.
• Consulting Experience: Background with consulting or systems integration firms is a plus.
