Oracle HCM Cloud Technology Lead

Infosys is seeking a Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant with Oracle Fusion HCM experience. The position will primarily be responsible for providing technical solutions for Data Conversion, HCM Module as per customer's requirements. The Selected candidate should be expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud advanced tools such as HCM Extracts, BI Publisher and Fast Formula. Interact with customer process consultants and business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations to improve Data Conversion process .

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. Candidate may be located remotely anywhere in Canada and must be willing to travel for major Milestones.
• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
• 10 -14 years of overall Information Technology experience.
• Strong Oracle technology expertise and industry Experience services organizations.
• 8+ Years of work experience in implementation of Oracle applications from a perspective of Data conversions/Data migrations from legacy systems to Oracle cloud.
• Working knowledge in Oracle Cloud and understand the process steps.
• Hands on experience in Data Migrations and usage of different oracle templates like FBDI, ADFDI and Data loader

• Good hands-on experience in SQL and PLSQL
• Understand the source system and transform their data into oracle.
• Good Domain knowledge in any area to enable the run time configurations.
• Should possess good communication and presentation skills.
• Discussion with Business and understand the requirements.
• Knowledge in Python will be added as additional advantage.
• Should be an effective onsite and offshore coordinator.
