Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Developer / Solution Architect to join our Production Support and Application Development team. This is a hybrid functional-technical role, focusing on the support and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud HCM modules such as Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits, Core HR, and Payroll. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience across the Oracle Fusion HCM stack, including BI Publisher Reports, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and SaaS application support. This role will work closely with technical and business stakeholders, driving solution design, managing production support issues, and leading quarterly testing and enhancement cycles. Core Responsibilities Support Oracle Cloud HCM modules with a focus on Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Core HR, and Payroll. Perform frontend, backend, and database development; manage REST APIs, BI Publisher, and SQL (PL/SQL). Lead and contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including architecture, coding, and deployment. Manage and resolve production incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive actions. Oversee quarterly release testing; evaluate updates and implement configuration changes. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications. Architect scalable solutions and ensure integration across internal systems. Mentor junior developers, oversee vendor resources, and ensure delivery quality. Create and maintain documentation, test plans, and design artifacts. Participate in strategic discussions around Oracle HCM enhancements and process optimization. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 3 years working with Oracle Fusion HCM as a developer, analyst, or solution architect. Experience with at least two full life-cycle Oracle HCM implementations, preferred. Required Technical Skills Hands-on experience with: SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas Oracle Fusion Cloud, PeopleSoft HCM, Oracle EBS REST API integrations, SaaS application configuration Proficiency in GitHub, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and MS Office Suite. Strong understanding of Redwood UX, HCM tables and transaction logic. Preferred Skills Test suite development (unit, integration, end-to-end). Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management tools. Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and cross-functional coordination.
