This is more than a surgical role—it’s a rare opportunity to step into a full-scope practice led by Dr. Jad Jaffal, a respected surgeon with deep ties to the local community and referral base. 

Freshly expanded and meticulously designed, our 5,000+ square foot facility offers the full scope of oral and maxillofacial surgical care. From advanced digital workflows to a highly trained support team, every detail of our environment is built to support clinical excellence. 

Opportunity Details 

• Immediate partnership with no buy-in required 
• $500,000 base salary, with significant upside through collections 
• Relocation support and sign-on bonus 
• Continuing education stipend and surgical mentorship 
• Clinical autonomy across the full scope of OMS services 
• Leading-edge implant systems and digital workflows 
• An experienced and compassionate clinical and administrative team 

Who We’re Looking For: 

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
• Eligible for licensure in Arizona
• Strong clinical, surgical, and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to excellence in both outcomes and patient experience
