Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon

Successful and growing Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery practice looking for an enthusiastic Associate to join our team in sunny and beautiful Ventura County, Southern California. Candidates must possess leadership and communication skills to help direct and motivate our team, as well as collaborate with our large and diverse referral base. Additionally, candidates would be expected to take an active and energetic role in promoting and expanding that referral base.

Currently, our practice concentrates on primarily in-office procedures, mainly dento-alveolar surgeries, pathology, and implants. With 3 offices currently in Thousand Oaks, Ventura and Simi Valley serving a friendly community of patients and referring practices, we pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care. With hospitals near our practice locations allowing for interested candidates to expand and include orthognathic and maxillofacial procedures as well.

Full time position 4 to 5 days a week offers competitive compensation with full benefits including medical, salary based upon experience, and yearly bonuses. Opportunity for growth as a partner if qualified.
