Due to growing patient demand, we are seeking an additional Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our thriving South Burlington, Vermont practice. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established, surgeon-led group where clinical excellence, compassionate care, and collaboration drive everything we do.

The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon will provide exceptional surgical care while ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Beyond the clinical scope, you’ll help strengthen the practice through collaboration, mentorship, and community presence.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clinical Excellence: Deliver a full range of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures with precision, safety, and patient comfort.
• Patient Care: Diagnose and manage complex oral health conditions while providing compassionate, personalized treatment.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare colleagues, administrative staff, and clinical teams to create seamless patient experiences.
• Practice Growth: Support the practice by maintaining strong referral relationships and reinforcing its reputation for outstanding patient care.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Contribute to the development of colleagues and staff by fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
• Ethical Practice: Uphold the highest standards of integrity to ensure patient trust and practice excellence.

• DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Vermont
• Strong clinical expertise with excellent communication and leadership abilities
