Oral Surgeon Associate

We are a progressive non DSO privately owned periodontal specialty practice seeking a part-time or full-time oral and maxillofacial surgeon associate in our Surfside Beach/Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.  

The Surfside Beach/Murrells Inlet community is full of the marvels of living on the beautiful Grand Strand with outdoor activities, excellent music and arts, beautiful beaches, and a plethora of dining establishments with state-of-the-art school systems.  This is an exceptional opportunity for a great work-life balance.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working and energetic oral surgeon who is ready to tackle whatever challenges the day might bring.  You will have autonomy to implement your philosophy of treatment without any pressure, quotas, or incentives. He or she will need to understand and respect the sentiments of working with referring dental providers and alongside our stable, long-term staff, including three full-time hygienists.  In addition, all our anesthesia cases are done through our nurse anesthetist.

Ideally, we would like to find someone who would be the “right” fit to become a partner after an associateship.  Someone that exhibits an entrepreneur mindset that offers exceptional patient care, but also works hard toward the growth and development of the practice. Compensation includes an extensive benefits package with 35% of collection.

This practice is mostly dentoalveolar implants, minor pathology and with a new office and medical spa on the horizon.  There will be minimal on-call scheduling with no trauma call duties unless so desired.
