Our distinguished team of oral surgeons is seeking an ambitious, highly skilled partner to lead a brand-new facility in East Cleveland, Ohio, opening mid-2027. This surgeon will step into a turnkey leadership role with immediate equity with no buy-in required, full clinical autonomy, and access to best-in-class resources and mentorship from respected peers.

Position Highlights
This opportunity offers a competitive compensation structure and accelerated partnership with no buy-in necessary:
- $550,000+ base salary with collection bonus

Candidate Requirements
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery
- Able to secure licensure in Ohio
