PURE Oral Surgery is the exclusive provider of oral surgery services to multiple private practices and to all MINT Dentistry offices. Pure is led by our esteemed Chief Oral Surgeon, Dr. Michael Ellis, a dual-trained Prosthodontist and Oral Surgeon, formerly of Baylor College of Dentistry. Clinical Autonomy

We are dentist-owned and operated with no private equity and no outside corporate oversight. You control your scope of practice and treatment plans.

• Deliver exceptional and compassionate oral surgery services 
• Diagnose, treatment-plan, and execute a broad scope of oral surgery procedures
• Collaborate with general dentists and orthodontists on treatment plans and patient care
• Educate patients on oral health, procedures, and post-op care
• Prescribe medications responsibly and accurately
• Document all procedures, diagnoses, and patient interactions thoroughly and consistently with all State Board Regulations
• Maintain all narcotics and controlled substances licensing and documentation as required by state and federal regulations and guidelines

• DDS/DMD/MD degree with an Oral Surgery Certificate from a U.S.-accredited dental school or hospital-based residency
• State dental license and ABOMS certification process success
• Current DEA licensing
• Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Exceptional diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
