Lead a new Santa Maria oral surgery center supported by a team that values excellence, collaboration, and providing empathetic care.
We’re inviting a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to take on a rare and exciting role: helping launch and guide a brand-new surgical practice in Santa Maria, California. Opening in mid-2027, this is an opportunity to build a center that reflects your standards, your values, and your vision for outstanding patient care—all with the full backing of a respected network of experienced surgeons.
