Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures and other relative procedures on the hard and soft tissues of the mouth to treat diseases, injuries or defects
• Provide patient with treatment options
• Follow up with patients following surgical procedures

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD
• Valid and active state dental license
• Oral Surgery Specialty Certificate
• Ability to maintain state required insurance coverage
