What We’re Looking For

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
• Board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Eligible for licensure in the State of Colorado
• A commitment to excellence, integrity, and patient-centered care
