Qualifications:
  • Dual Trained Oral Surgeon
  • DMD/DDS degree from an accredited dental school & MD/DO Degree with completion of head and neck fellowship
  • Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Valid state dental license and DEA license
