The opportunity

We are looking for a customer focused and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist for High Voltage Service in Norway, with eagerness to provide internal and external customer support, to increase customer satisfaction.

The position requires a certain level of technical knowledge and genuine interest for customer support.

How you'll make an impact

Responsible for internal and external customer support with delivering of HV Service products and services, and with ownership of the deliveries after order received until final delivery and invoicing.

• Ensure a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction by delivery and invoicing according to contract.
• Ensure the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with sales, operation, SCM and other internal/external teams.
• Ensure successful outcome of transactions and contracts by using effective tools and communication.
• Accuracy and predictability in regular statistics, performance and forecasts
• Drive collaboration within the organization to optimize our results and increase customer satisfaction
• Prepare input for forecast, balance reports, etc.

Your background

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Technical/Economical College or equivalent.
• Experience in sales environment (preferably in technical sales).
• Knowledge of product and/or service sales, and experience from Industry/Utility customers preferable.
• Knowledge and experience of using ERP and sales tools required. Experience with SAP is an advantage.
• Fluency in Norwegian and English language is a must.
