The Order Management Specialist for Cytiva is responsible for ensuring the data and order integrity of intercompany orders between the Duncan supplying site and the Cytiva distribution network. The Order Management Specialist is critical to ensuring that data flows and is shared within the mixed ERP systems of Cytiva, providing accurate information to the distribution team upstream and to the production planning team downstream

This position is part of the supply chain team located in Duncan, SC, and will be an onsite role. At Cytiva, our vision is to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Perform order management responsibilities from the Cytiva distribution network to the Duncan plant.
• Serve as the primary contact from the Duncan plant to the global customer service and distribution planning global teams.
• Participate in the development of the processes and standard work that will improve OTD from plant to distribution center and distribution center to end customers.
• Monitor and ensure master data alignment between the Duncan plant and the Cytiva distribution network.
• Participate in cross-functional Kaizen/continuous improvement events and champion the Danaher Business and Materials Systems

The essential requirements of the job include:

• 5+ years of experience utilizing SAP &/or Oracle MRP systems in a manufacturing &/or order management role.
• High level of competency in data analytics and organization utilizing MS Excel and other databases/spreadsheet tools (capability with pivot tables, v-lookups, & data visualization required)
• Demonstrated ability to develop and proceduralize standard processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 3+ years experience utilizing SAP AND Oracle in a manufacturing/order management role.
• 2+ years experience in a production planning or direct material procurement role
• APICS CPIM Certification
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, engineering, or a manufacturing/operations-related field.
