Due to the development of John Deere Polska Business Service Center in Poznań we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:
Order Management Specialist
Poznań, Poland
Your responsibilities:

• Collaborate with factories to ensure product availability and meet Dealer delivery schedules.
• Present and report order statuses to Order Fulfillment Organization and Sales Branches.
• Coordinate product deliveries with forwarders.
• Work closely with external factories, Sales Branches, and other JD departments.
• Participation in continuous improvement initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
• Supporting administrative tasks within the area of Logistics.

Our requirements:

• Experience in Customer Service with knowledge of order processing.
• University graduate.
• Very good English is a must (B2+).
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical skills.
• Ability to coordinate activities and processes, Team player.
• Adapting easily and focusing on customer.
• Great communicator.

Nice to have:

• Background in Logistics
