As the Organizational Development (OD) Coordinator, you will provide excellent customer service and administrative support in the OD Department by owning and coordinating all logistics, pre and post learning activities efficiently and effectively to support the delivery of workshops and development solutions. You will also support Learning Management System and marketing of OD development solutions.You will need to be comfortable interacting with both internal and external customers at all levels of the organization. This position will require strong communication and the ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Set up, monitor, and provide reporting for any associates assessments required for course pre or post work (i.e., 360 evaluations, LBAII, etc.)
- Manage a comprehensive calendar with the dates of key company-wide events and deadlines for publications
- Create engaging marketing materials and communication for learning and training solutions for distribution
- Track spend throughout the year and meet with the OD managers to review budget status
- Submit vendor and supplier invoices for payment on a timely basis, investigate payment questions, and respond to payment inquiries
- Track and maintain applications, program acceptance, and attendance for nomination-based programs
- Serve as a backup for the associate development center as needed.
Requirements
- Associate Degree
- 2+ years administrative work experience
- 2+ years of working with a Learning Management System (Cornerstone OnDemand, SuccessFactors, etc) or demonstrated experience with other HR systems
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule based on event start and end times is required
- 2+ years of experience in an OD/Training and development department is preferred
- 1+ years of experience creating marketing and communication for learning and training solutions, social platforms, Canva or similar software is preferred
