•  Be busy from Day 1 - senior ortho surgeon is staying on to help until new ortho comes, ensuring a smooth transition
•  Plenty of OR time available. ORs run extremely efficiently; swing rooms are utilized frequently

•  Dedicated 1:1 PA support (more available as needed!)
•  Call is primarily taken by phone, most cases can be bedded and seen the next morning (no trauma designation)
