An Orthopedics Practice that has been in the community for 30+ years is seeking another Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team. The current Surgeon is 1-2 years from retiring so this is a unique opportunity to practice alongside him as a Partner before fully taking over his practice.

The current surgeon performs an average of 18-20 surgical cases per week and is open to giving up cases to the incoming surgeon. Income is between $650-700K annually as this practice has a strong reputation and allows you to be as busy as you want to be.

The Position:
• Practice has been in the community for over 30 years- strong patient base, positive reputation, and little competition
• 3 clinic days and 2 OR days per week, busy practice with an average of 18-20 surgical cases per week
• Work alongside 1 experienced Orthopedic Surgeon and 1 PA, plus a dedicated front office staff
• Succession planning in place- current Surgeon is 1-2 years from retirement
• Income potential into the $700K range includes a Base Guarantee + production, and an opportunity for Partnership after 1 year of employment
