Orthopedic APP, Foot & Ankle Focused- Western, NC

UNC Caldwell is the choice for health care in Caldwell County. The Emergency Department sees approximately 30,000 visits a year. UNC Physicians Network provides the majority of primary care and select specialty care to the market from thirteen separate medical park locations throughout the county. The 137-bed licensed hospital (110 medical & 27 psychiatric) is a member of the UNC Health System. UNC Caldwell is seeking to employ a PA or NP to support the orthopedic team’s foot and ankle patient base.

Position Information:

• Practice location- 401 Mulberry St. SW, Lenoir, NC 28645
• APP needed for follow-up podiatry visits pre op/post op
• Rounding on established acute podiatry patients
• This position will not attend the OR
• 36 patient contact hours per week
• Orthopedic Foot & Ankle experience is preferred but not required
• Larger primary care network for referrals
