Practice for this reputable, high-volume private practice while residing in scenic southern Oregon, an outdoors-enthusiast dream destination!

This established private practice with no local competition is seeking an experienced General Orthopedic Surgeon or Sports Medicine Orthopedic Surgeon to join its growing team. The team consists of 6 orthopedic surgeons, 5 first-assist PAs, a podiatrist, experienced surgical staff, and dedicated administration.

Candidates must have at least 3-4 years of experience outside of training for this position.

The Opportunity:
• Take over an existing surgeon's busy practice - focus on sports medicine and shoulder cases
•  2 Days in Clinic and 2 Days in the OR
•  $600,000 Guaranteed Base Salary with Productivity Bonuses + Call Pay until Partner
•  7-Figure Earning Potential once Partner - 2-year partnership track with potential for buy-in to the clinic, surgery center, and imaging center
