Sports Medicine fellowship required.

Position Details:

• 4-day work week - 2 days in clinic, and 2 dedicated O.R. days.
• $670,000-$748,000 base salary + RVU and quality bonus potential for 90th percentile proven earning potential.
• $75,000 sign on bonus and $200,000+ student loan repayment options available.
• Dedicated APP and Medical Assistant support onsite with EPIC EMR and innovative robotics.
