The Los Angeles Center for Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy (LACENTA) began in 2014 with a single office in East LA. Today, we’ve grown to more than 15 locations across Southern California — and we’re still expanding. As a General Otolaryngologist or Fellowship-Trained Head & Neck Surgeon, you’ll:

• Deliver comprehensive ENT and surgical care with full clinical autonomy.
• Enjoy the independence of private practice without the burden of administration.
• Be supported by physician liaisons, advanced practice providers, and cutting-edge technology.
• Help expand access and improve outcomes for diverse communities across Southern California.

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of an accredited Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• California medical license (or eligibility)
• Fellowship training welcome but not required
