Full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP) – Otolaryngology | Monroe, Wisconsin

SSM Health Monroe Clinic is inviting a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our thriving Otolaryngology team. This is a full-time position offering a blend of clinical variety, work-life balance, and a deeply supportive medical environment.

Your Practice:

• Manage a manageable schedule: averages 15–18 patients daily, with occasional inpatient needs (1–2 weekly).
• Be hands-on: perform in-office procedures and opportunities to first-assist in the OR.

What You Bring:

• Master's degree as a Nurse Practitioner
  • Master's degree Nurse Practitioner with CRNFA certification - if not CRNFA certified, employer will provide support and training with the expectation of CRNFA certification within 5 years from training completion.
• Active Wisconsin licensure (APNP), with unrestricted Wisconsin DEA
• Willingness to obtain Illinois licensure and DEA if future cross-coverage is needed
• Experience in ENT/Otolaryngology preferred, but we warmly welcome new grads with a strong interest and relevant training
