Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Otolaryngology physician to develop and lead a new Otolaryngology program at Graves Gilbert Clinic. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial-minded, with the capability to grow a practice while delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and develop a comprehensive program from the ground up.
• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a supportive environment.
• Collaborate with other specialties within the multi-specialty clinic.
• Participate in community outreach and education to promote the new services.
• Mentor and train medical staff and residents as needed.

Qualifications:
