Physician Otorhinolaryngologist ENT (Otorhinolaryngology)

Compensation: our compensation is standard across specialties in the Butte area. Our generous base salary is $450,000 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive. Additionally, we are offering the following bonuses.

• Signing Bonus of $25,000
• Relocation Bonus of $10,000 - 20,000 (if applicable)
• Student Loan repayment bonus up to $100k (if applicable)

Your day. 

• As a Physician within Intermountain Health Medical Group - Butte, you'll work collaboratively with other providers, to deliver top-notch care and best patient experience.   
• You will practice at our Specialty Care Clinic in Butte, MT.  
• You would complete charts electronically in EPIC. 
• You will work in new start-up practice that has supportive colleagues, consulting physicians, and nursing staff.   

You would provide Ear/Nose/Throat Specialty Services care to a wide range of patients.   

You will be able to practice Outpatient Clinic, Ambulatory Surgical Services, as well as Inpatient / Hospital Services. 

Your experience.

• American Board of Medical Specialties certification/eligibility in Otorhinolaryngology/Ear Nose Throat
• Montana State Medical License & DEA. 
• It's also a big plus if you have:  
• Ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically within a multi-functional team.  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.  
• Ability to successfully function in a fast paced, service oriented environment. 
• Experience in understanding and usage of computers, including EPIC/eSummit and Office 365 products.  
• The ability to learn new applications relevant to your position.
