This position is ideal for drivers based inEl Paso,Dallas / Fort Worth,Oklahoma City, orTulsawho are looking for stable mileage, excellent benefits, and performance-based bonuses. You’ll be a key member of our logistics team, ensuring on-time delivery while upholding the highest safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities • Operate tractor-trailer combinations safely over long distances • Plan routes and meet delivery schedules • Perform routine inspections and report mechanical issues • Maintain accurate driver logs and trip records in compliance with DOT regulations • Communicate with dispatch to receive and confirm assignments • Secure cargo for transport according to safety standards • Represent the company professionally with customers and third parties Qualifications • Valid CDL Class A license • Minimum 2 years of long-haul or regional driving experience • Clean MVR and background check • Ability to be away from home multiple nights per week • Familiarity with DOT regulations and ELD systems • Strong communication and time-management skills • Proficiency in English Physical Requirements • Ability to sit for extended periods • Capable of lifting 50 lbs when securing loads • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Job Type: Full-time Pay: $0.50 - $0.53 per mile Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Life insurance • Vision insurance Supplemental Pay: • Layover pay • Yearly bonus Trucking Driver Type: • Company driver Trucking Route: • OTR Work Days: • Weekends as needed Work Location: On the road
