This position is based on-site at our Indianapolis fulfillment center.

What You’ll Do

Hungryroot is looking for an Inbound Supervisor to join our growing Operations team. The Inbound Supervisor will manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. The warehouse supervisor's responsibilities include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities.
  • Manage, evaluate and report on warehouse productivity.
  • Track and coordinate the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Monitor orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
  • Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
  • Ensure basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
  • Coordinate and maintain fleets and equipment.
  • Communicate and coordinate with other departments and vendors.

  • Experience in a manufacturing, production, or distribution environment
  • Self-motivated with high sense of urgency, resourceful and adaptability
  • Proven project implementations with demonstrated process improvement (assessments, roadmaps, training development, etc.), KPI & financial results
  • HS Diploma/GED Required; Bachelors’ degree preferred
