Outdoor Custodial Worker

Now Hiring: Full-Time Outdoor Maintenance & Landscaping Crew Member Pay: $20–$22 per hour We’re seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team full-time for outdoor maintenance, landscaping, and general cleaning duties. This is an active, hands-on role where you’ll help keep public spaces clean, safe, and inviting. If you're dependable, professional in appearance, and open to a flexible schedule—including weekends—we’d love to hear from you. Position Overview: As a team member, you'll patrol assigned areas using a vehicle, cart, and hand tools to ensure public spaces are well-maintained and welcoming. You’ll also represent the team with professionalism when interacting with the public and reporting any issues. Key Responsibilities: • Routinely patrol designated zones to clean sidewalks, alleys, gutters, and common areas • Remove trash, cigarette butts, graffiti, and unauthorized signage • Report suspicious or unlawful activity with accurate details to authorities when needed • Interact with pedestrians in a friendly and helpful way—offering directions or general information • Document damage to infrastructure, graffiti on private property, or maintenance concerns • Submit a brief daily report outlining tasks completed and observations made • Maintain a professional, courteous attitude at all times • Perform duties outdoors in all weather conditions (protective gear provided) • Be prepared to walk for the majority of an 8-hour shift, with regular breaks Requirements: • Present a clean and professional appearance • Must be flexible and available to work on weekdays and weekends • Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather • Able to communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written • Reliable, observant, and committed to maintaining high standards Join our team and help make a visible difference in the community by keeping public areas clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone!
