Outdoor Porter (Full Time)

What You Will Be Doing We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Exterior Porter to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outdoor spaces at our client’s facility. The Exterior Porter’s responsibilities include cleaning outdoor areas clean and tidy and ensuring that safety protocols are followed. Our ideal candidate has experience in janitorial or custodial services and is comfortable working outside. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM-3:30PM Exterior Porter Responsibilities/Duties: • Inspection and clean outside areas for trash or debris. • Stock and maintain supply closets. • Wears the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). • Adheres to company policies and procedures. • Adheres to location appearance guidelines. • Timely completion of all assigned tasks. • Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs • Other tasks, as assigned by your supervisor. Exterior Porter Qualifications: • Previous custodial or janitorial experience. (preferred) • Comfortable working outside for extended periods of time. • Ability to work effectively with a team. • Excellent customer service skills. • Dependable, reliable, and punctual. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Authorized to work in the U.S. – We Use E-Verify.
